Each day, unsubscribe to at least one unwanted email. It's easy to do these days (Gmail will do it for you, where possible, if you flag the email as spam). Of course, for a single unwanted email, it may be faster to delete it or ignore it, rather than unsubscribe, but in the long run unsubscribing will save time!
